  My lender with Gateway Mortgage was Lauren Felton. She did an AMAZING job every step of the way through our home buying process. This was our first time buying a home and she walked us through everything. She answered any questions we had and never made me feel stupid. I never felt like I had to hesitate to reach out to her. She made the experience enjoyable. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends!! She is definitely an asset to Gateway Mortgage!!

  We go to Lauren with all our mortgage needs. We have used Lauren on multiple purchases and every time we have the same exceptional experience with our most current being during the pandemic. Even a pandemic didn’t change the same great service we were accustomed to with Lauren. She keeps us updated and informed of the current status as well as answer all our questions.
