      First of all, this isn't a bank. Thank goodness! It's a Credit Union, non profit supposedly. The tellers are so friendly that even know they can't answer your financial question in direct affiliation to your questions. They will shrug they're shoulder's with a smile and tell you to,"have a nice day". They even hold financial seminars that are extremely well presented at no cost to you. They seem to have your best financial interest at hand. Yet, I really wonder why financial questions are ignored. I gave a five star because of there friendliness. They do close for all holidays including local Queen, king and prince birthdays. This can be very frustrating if your not familiar with the dates and who. They just changed their name to Gather Federal Credit Union to broaden their horizons. Yet, the reasons for the name change differ from whom you ask working at the Credit Union. I personally don't agree with the name change. It sounds so generic. I do know that Credit Unions are a better place to do your financial matters compared to a bank.
