I had unauthorised charges on my account. I never authorized the charges on my account but mindy in customer services would not help with the charges. I had canceled my debit card. Mindy said "do not bother coming in because I will not help you, call the number on the charges and they can help you. There in no doubt in my mind that mindy knew they would not help me unless I gave them my new debit card information. I tried to call the number on the charges when I found the charges sat on hold 3 minutes , 58 seconds phone disconnected, 2nd time sat on hold 3 minutes and 59 seconds and disconnected. I did this before canceling my debit card The best she can make me give them my new debit card number ?????

We started banking with GBC almost 12 months ago at the referral of a friend. We were looking to do cash out refinances based off of ARV and they ASSURED us before we even opened an account that this would be no problem. 12 months later after building the "relationship" on our end they came back and went from 75% of appraised value to 75% of our costs.... This was a total 180 from what we were promised. We met with the president of the bank to discuss this and they changed nothing. They have now had a lot of our money and we've ran a ton through them including using their RDC capture system and sending them referrals. Long story short... They don't want a mutually beneficial relationship. They'll tell you one thing to get your $$$ and then 180 when it's their time to honor their end of the deal. Only bank here if you don't want them to honor their word and like getting the run around. We now actively tell everyone we know looking for a bank to not use them. What's the point of working with a bank you can't trust?
