      Been with them for probably 8 years few different loans with them even switched my debit card over to them. Unfortunately won't be doing business with them anymore. Paid every loan back faster then I should but can't get approved again for even close to what I had before. Also took a week to even hear from them I had to call them first to get a response

      I've been a long time member and the customer service has gone south, their new system allows for late processing with no help from the staff. there is no care for the members and they charge a fee for any and everything their rates arent even comparable to banks and credit unions,I'd look around before you begin here

      I was really upset today when I got a phone call saying I owed money on my account. Apparently since I didn't change my address for them, I wasn't receiving mail from them, so they automatically added $30 to my account for insurance each month without asking. Finally they called me to tell me I was late on paying and it's going to affect my credit score. When I asked why I wasn't notified by a phone call, they said the agency that the insurance came from didn't contact people through phone...not my problem. Now it's going against me? Never using this Credit Union again.
