      Have been customer of State Farm for many years. Never filed a claim and have paid first day of year for entire year. My original agent, Mike Vasgauss was spectacular but he left and I inherited Compress. Have tried several times to reach Ms. Compress but always told "in meeting". During virus in meeting? or just a fake excuse? Compress never calls back and office staff rude and seemingly insulted when customers ask to speak with the agent. Was time for a change and turned to Liberty Insurance where agent called back right away and set up new account in minutes. State Farm needs to remember customers make their business. Compress and staff need to go.
