      GECU has been my banking institution for as long as I’ve lived in El Paso. Excellent financial institution that has provided above and beyond service for my entire family. Today my son and I spoke with Crystal and received us like family. My son is driving back home in a brand new vehicle whom I am at loss of words for how proud he’s made me as a Father.       I went yesterday 3/31/21 and had agent Gracy who had bad customer service and also didn’t do her job correctly shred my atm card the one she didn’t supposed to. I have to get this fix on the phone thanks to Pat so now I am waiting for a new atm card. Idk if this lady was giving me just attitude since I am “Karen” even though I could have done it but didn’t feel like arguing with her but honestly I expected from younger agent not having good customer service but to a mid 40 lady to have ugly customer service she should look for another job is she doesn’t like her job.
