      Just set up a savings account online (easy) and a checking account (in person, just as easy). Everything has been super easy and quick! I was greeted by friendly employees that actually let me in earlier for my appointment since it was quiet. Got everything taken care of and then some. They let me chill out while my card was being made so I could charge my phone LOL. Grateful for such an effortless switch from my old bank to this one!

      The wait time in drive thru is ALWAYS MORE THan fourth five minutes. Staff don't know what to do.
