      Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever worked with. Cannot help you with anything and will not call you back when promised a call. They also charge random amounts to your account with no reasoning and will not allow you to do anything other than to continue to dispute the charges. Highly recommend to stay away from this financial company.

      Zero stars!!!!!! I have had my account for over 4 years with great usage and carrying no balance monthly. I called and spoke to representative Brittany (with a baby crying in the background), and was told the annual fee of $99 would not be waived until I closed the account. They do not allow for credit increases, so my $300 credit limit and 29.90% APR was a joke. It was great to start building my credit back up, but there is no benefit to keeping this card. I closed the account and will be very wary of any Genisis FS cards in the future. My suggestion, is to look for credit cards that will automatically increase your credit line with timely payments over a period of 3 to 6 months. STAY AWAY FROM GENISIS!!!!!!!!
