Gerald was extremely helpful and professional, going the extra mile for me at all times throughout the process.       5 Star customer service! Jerry was the ultimate professional and I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends. Jerry walked me through the process from start to finish and was a true gentleman. Jerry never made me feel funny for asking a lot of questions and that was important. Some people are impatient and want to rush through the process, but not this guy! I can’t say enough how much I trusted GenNext with Jerry representing the firm. I am 110% satisfied and thank you for your transparency and candidness. Trust and integrity are two pillars I also value and use daily as a steward of the company I represent.

      Hi I worked with two gentlemen Brian and Jamie Luckner … you couldn’t ask for two better people to work with… although my loan was probably a little challenging Brian never gave up and worked real hard to make everything Go as smooth as possible… both of them always returned phone calls made everything very easy to understand especially with my many many questions…I would highly recommend them to anyone… their job performance was outstanding… I look forward to working with them again sometime in the future…. Very very satisfied they both deserve a five star rating…!!!
