  AMAZING EXPERIENCE- On Jan 06 2022 we started the process to buy a house after being Denied 3 times with other Banks. I had a pretty bad Divorce so my credit was really challenging including Late payments, 2 Car repo and credit cards collections from my previous marriage. George Mateo took the time to scan the whole credit report and immediately identified all the items that we need to work on it. I’m telling you my credit score and credit report was a disaster. George from day one put his 150% Effort on get us the loan approval. In 3 days after he asked us for few Documents he got us the Pre-Approved. Few days after that around January 11 he called us with the approved with conditions. We never got to get to this point before. This was the first time we got the Approval with conditions. During next 2 weeks we submitted all the documents he was asking for. He estimated 45 days to close and got it done in less than 30. You must be willing to do your part in the process. Today Feb 18,2022 5 1/2 weeks later we Closed in our new house. George is amazing Loan Officer with more than 20 yrs of experience. He did what other guys didn’t do. My wife and me are more than grateful with all the work he put into our Mortgage process. We highly recommend George for your next mortgage process. BUT YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW HIS INSTRUCTIONS AND DO EXACTLY WHAT TO SAY TO GET YOU APPROVED. Please listen to his advice he will get you there and get you approved. THANK YOU George for Your hard work and get my family into a safe house.

  George Mateo and his team is hands down the best when it comes to getting you a home. He estimated 45 days to close and got it done in less than 30. You must be willing to do your part in the process. I was well informed and don’t feel stressed or pressured to do anything. The absolute best in pride and professionalism.
