  I am so glad I chose to work with George as a first time homebuyer. He was very patient in explaining everything, every step of the way. I compared rates offered by a few lenders and his was the most competitive. I was really impressed by his responsiveness. He always replied to calls or emails in a very timely manner, which was essential since we had a fairly short time to close. He even offered to, and did visit my house when the title company brought documents to sign. It was great to have him there during signing. Debbi at CCM was also very helpful and had things well organized stating what types of documents were required for approval. If I ever get a new loan or consider refinancing I will be calling George.

  George was extra helpful walking us through the process as first time homebuyers. He made himself available to answer all our questions timely, up to and including the explanation of very specific industry lingo and line items in our paperwork. He helped us successfully manage a tough rising interest rate environemnt to lock in a great rate, all while navigating a tight closing schedule. I really can't stress how much easier the process was because of his guidance and involvement. Having a local rep like George that truly understands the market and has relationships with industry partners made for a winning buying strategy and experience. The RPM software and application experience online was very clean and easy, and the support staff was very knowledgable to boot. Thanks George and RPM!

  George made sure I understood every step along the way. He respond to any of my calls and answered questions super quick. As a first time home buyer, I called George before going to sign the final documents and he drove an hour in traffic just to support me and make sure he could explain everything I was looking at. I would recommend George any day.
