      ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ Bank with Caution ⚠️ This Credit Union doesn't have the interest of their customers in best heart. Yesterday , I tried to deposit my check from work and it go stuck in the atm machine. I went into the branch to speak to some one and they took down my name and other information and gave me a new debit card because I haven't used the account in a while.. I was unemployed last year, therefore a new card was needed. The clerk that assisted me told me that I will be given a partial credit because they couldn't open the atm to get the check out. Its been two days and there is still not credit. I called corporate several times and they told me that the branch that I went to didn't know what was going on at first. Then I received a call saying that they can't give me that partial credit, which should have been told to me in the beginning. I also have a credit card with this credit union. My payment is always due on the 27 of each month. On the 1st of January I was charged a late fee for December 27th payment, but get this you guys ..I paid my December 27th payment on the 26th!!...AN ENTIRE DAY EARLY to the due day for the payment. I called corporate and the representative couldn't tell me as to why there was a late fee when in fact I have pay the minimum not only on time but EARLY. If I had not call corporate to address this, I would have been stuck paying an unnecessary fee! Now I'm worry about what they may put on my credit! Very money hungry. Caution ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️
