      Unregulated, biased treatment. This location regularly perpetuates economic racism. They found reasons not to deposit my husbands PAYROLL CHECKS, to deny transfers, and to delay transactions, without written documentation of what policy they were following. No other Georgias Own branch has objected to us performing regular financial transactions. But this branch INSISTS their unprofessional behavior is standard. Edit: for clarification that he wanted to put His money in His account.

      The tellers are GREAT! Customer Service needs work especially when you have to see a representative. They'll see you but this was the second time I was told to leave my problem and they'll contact me. Both times, nothing was done. Customer Service over the phone is SUPERB!
