      Door always locked don't let you in even to deposit money into your own account without an appointment . Ive been with SunTrust for many years. My mother went there to deposit money into my account and was rudely told to step outside in the freezing weather by the manager. This branch is by far the worst SunTrust location I've ever done business with.

      This branch has some very good employees. They are very polite and courteous. They would go out of their way to help you and answer your questions. For instance there was once when one of the tellers gave me some tips and ideas for my own convenience. Also they have very fast service and they follow all reasonable covid-19 guidelines. Also their ATM located outside the door is pretty convenient and safe.
