Money got stuck in atm and said cannot return cash this is crazy I need my money back. What is the atm number for the tech ?

DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH! Clerks do not know what they are doing. My check got stuck in the ATM and it didn't deposit. I went inside to speak with someone, they told me that they were not able to open the ATM and I would receive a partial credit until the check is deposited. Mind you this happened Wednesday. I called corporate this morning and they contacted this branch and was told that the branch was not aware of the situation and had no clue what was going on. They also insisted that I would get a partial credit today before the business day is out!( how are you insisting on a credit when you don't have any idea as to what is happening) I later received a call from GO informing me that I will not be able to get a partial credit to my account and I will have to wait an entire week to get the check back! I called back to asked them to not to deposit the check( I no longer feel comfortable with this credit union handling my money), they told me that the community manager would call me after their meeting before the business day was out. I never received a phone call. I am frustrated because this credit is not only money hungry but lacks the best interest of their customers! ⚠️ Use Caution when banking with Georgias Own Credit Union ⚠️
