Since German American took over Citizens Union Bank , I no longer get my direct deposit placed into my account on Thursday. I have spoken to a representative over the phone and I haven’t spoken to any of the previous representatives I used to speak with at Citizens Union Bank. Apparently Abound, Chime and other banks do allow for the direct deposit to hit on Thursday. CUB was a very very good bank with excellent customer service.

I was with CUB for a few years. And they were great. It’s been German American for less than 2 weeks. I have already been notified of fraudulent activity and my card is blocked. I have to get a new card. This never happened when it was CUB. I am very unhappy with German American bank and this transition. I guess I will be getting a new bank.
