      The staff is very unorganized. We've unfortunately had to use Gershman twice and each time was equally as bad. After we had turned documentation in, we were told multiple times we had to turn it in and I had remind the staff members we had already sent it in. In the end, we were simply frustrated with the run around we had to end up doing both times we used their services.
