The Application process was clear and all the steps were laid out easily, the online web portal and application made submitting documents easy and the fact I can call, and text my loan officer anytime (including weekends) is soooooooooooo GREAT. I know will get a response to any question or concern I have. this is a streamlined home buying process and I will for sure work with them again when I refinance my recent home purchase again with them. They make magic happen with all the hard work they are doing in the background.
