      Cant make payments from app unless you add another bank acct…. They charge you to make a payment over the phone…..website payments only allow the exact amount of the loan…..you have to go in to make a higher payment…..customer service is a joke and they’re extremely unprepared for customer questions and concerns🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

      Used to be School Employee's Credit Union (I was with them since '96), then became Inspirus CU, now Gesa, and the change has been awful. Customer service and online tools useless, and they hit you with every fine they can imagine. I left for BECU, and they are excellent. Do not join, and if you are an unfortunate member, leave now.
