  Great service at this branch. I needed a medallion signature guarantee. The branch manager, Asha, was not able to provide it. So, she searched for the nearest branch that could provide one. She made sure I knew how to get there and then she called me later to make sure I found the branch. Wow, that is amazing service. I was impressed and that is what makes Homestreet Bank so different from all its competitors.

  They did not give me a loan to take a WELL DESERVED vacation to Aruba when I CLEARLY qualify for it. My credit score is only a measley 800!! They don't treat me with the respect that I DESERVE as a resident of Seattle for over 37 years and an active participant in my local Neighborhood Watch program. I'd suggest going to the local Key Bank or Wells Fargo if they didn't just laugh me out the building as well. None of the banks in this area are reputable and none of them have earned my respect.
