      I Had accounts with Gesa for 4 years and then as soon as hard times came from the COVID pandemic and I became unemployed they were constantly overdrafting my account over and over instead of rejecting payments it just dug me into a deeper hole to get out of. Once that account was shut down and sent to collections by them they proceeded to close my credit card that I had in great standing for over 4 years. Even after being a loyal customer for years they did nothing to help me get back on my feet. Not even to defer a payment or two. This bank is money hungry. If you don’t have money anymore they no longer care about you and your business. Also it takes an average of 2 days for their online banking to even be correct, I used to LOVE Gesa and now I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
