  We have been working with this bank for 14 years and have never had any problems. Everyone here has always been friendly and extremely helpful.

  Unprofessional. One teller forgot multiple places for me to sign on papers when setting up a debit card account, meaning multiple times I would get a phone call and have to drive back down because she forgot about a paper I had to sign. The same woman also helped me do many transactions and would always give me the wrong receipt. I would put money into my sisters account and she would explain to me how I cannot have the receipt showing my sisters new balance and many times she would hand me that one because she wasn't paying attention to what she was even talking about. The same woman recently was extremely rude to me at the front desk, I needed a bit of help filling something out and she acted childish, rolling her eyes and scoffing for some reason. It was to the point where another customer noticed and made a comment about it to her. She explained how in a week she was retiring...so I guess she just didn't care about customer service. If I didn't live two minuets from this bank i would be going somewhere else.

  Most of the time I have a wonderful teller, who is always polite and helpful. However recently the customer service is extremely poor and left a terrible taste in my mouth, the teller had no name tag and spoke to me like I was 5 year old and gave me lip for simply doing her job. Really horrible service and took up way too much of my time when I was trying to run errands. If your job is customer service you should be polite and friendly, I will not be working with that teller again. Treat your customers with respect.
