      My father hooked me up with this insurance agency when I was 18. I'm now a few decades older and they still are some of the most helpful people to work with. Customer service has changed over the years and many are too bothered to help. Sometimes their willingness to help over the years has slightly frustrating when its a new person and I like to not have to explain myself and work with someone who already knows me. Yet, it shows even the younger, newer employees are helpful, and that I need to be patient.

      Never cease to AMAZE!!! So I've been trying to find time to call to get yet another quote, when I received a call from Tom@Gilles whom was just calling to check in on me and make sure our business coverage was sufficent for this up coming year. Since covid, we both figured that coverage would be good at were it was previously. Took only about 2mins, but I remembered I needed another quote so I asked Tom if he had some time to run some, and yes run he did. It was even near end of office hours on a holiday Friday weekend and yet, he managed to get back to me with a couple quotes... Always willing to go above and beyond :D If there was a button for super awesome even during Covid, it would be broken by now cause of all you all do! Thank you so much for all your attentiveness and dedication!!!
