  Everything went fine through my auto loan except for customer service. Setup of the loan, Covid issues a couple years ago and loan completion were all frustrating. I was coming up on my last payment recently so I was paying extra attention and sure enough, they charged the usual 250 instead of the final 150. - I called to ask why and at first, she said I was wrong; I re-checked my bank again and confirmed I was right, so then she said they charged extra and put the remainder in a savings account. She didn't have an explanation of why they did that and didn't apologize. We agreed for them to send a check for the amount. - I then asked when I would get my newly paid off title. She said "I don't know, probably several weeks to a month... Is there anything else I can help with?" I finally said, "Hey, I want to know when you're sending the extra money you charged and my $12k title". - Finally she checked with someone and said they would be sending it in a week or so. It arrived in a week with one more unnecessary inconvenience. Instead of them letting me know ahead of time that my loan was almost paid with perfect history and congratulating me, they printed a piece of paper that says nothing but "thank you" and stapled it to my permanent official title document.

  Everytime I have to talk to someone they are rude and not helpful. I have a loan through them and it is the worst and most miserable customer service I have had to deal with. I do not want to be talked to like I am trash while I am trying to do business.
