It has been impossible to get to speak with a human being. I have called three different numbers and spent over 30 minutes in automated limbo. The company arbitrarily purchased insurance on our property in April even though we had a fully paid insurance policy in place that does not expire until December. To add insult to injury, they purchased a policy for over 7k, when my policy only cost $3,300. They then applied my mortgage payments to this policy and are now showing me two month delinquent on a policy that is auto-paid every month. Their customer service is terrible and I would never recommend them. Buyer beware!!
