When making a purchase and having trust in a home-I definitely place my trust in Vivian Romero. Her responses time and knowledge of all such tedious work was remarkable. I couldn’t have had a better experience with my process. We all hear of negative experiences of home buying. Mine was not even close. We went thur some hurdles and her positiveness gave me great feeling that we were going to do it !! Everything was accurate and pleasant. Thank you Loan Depot for such a person that entered my path. My mother and I had a great experience with Loan Depot. Vivian Romero was very helpful, and her response time was excellent. The process was tedious, but she made sure everything ran smoothly. We closed on our home as scheduled and we are pleased! Thank you :)!

Had to walk away from the closing when without any prior notice documents were electronically changed. Closing cost doubled from previous disclosures. Loan amount was lowered, cash out was lowered. Went to previous email documents that had the original numbers, but those were electronically changed to agree with the closing papers. I had a print out of those earlier disclosure papers that dispute the changes. Can't do business with any company that has to falsified or changed documents. Buyer Beware!! Find a better more honest company to do business with. Do what I did. WALK AWAY
