5 out of 5 would mortgage again! I moved in to my new home two days ago and I love it! The process was a breeze. I had begun to lose hope about buying a home when I went with a mortgage competitor. After contacting GMFS they express railroaded me into my new home. There's a reason GMFS has the best scores and is rated the best in greater NorthShore area. With a near 100% success rate for their loans they don't need to prove they are the best, they are the best. Miranda was very knowledgeable and friendly. She kicked off the process expertly and gave me a great deal. Miranda educated me on the whole process and made me feel secure with knowledge of the various phases of getting approved. Kelsey has great communication she routinely gave updates and asked about my needs to ensure that we were on the same page.
