      My wife and I are first time home buyers. Like many people, we were nervous to make any moves. Prior to submitting a loan application in May, we met with Robb in March to understand everything required of us and to ask the important questions we needed to feel comfortable with our decision. After spending more than 1 hour with us to just talk, we scheduled a follow up appointment to meet with him in early May. We prefilled out the application on a Friday and the next Monday left pre-qualified. We had done a ton of research on what/where we wanted to purchase. THAT DAY, we made an offer on a home that would ultimately be the home we purchased. Robb treated us with respect, care, and total dedication. The anxiety and stress often associated with buying a home were essentially non-existent. Part of this is due to the awesome team at Gold Financial Services. Janet made everything work behind the scenes in processing and kept in constant, yet efficient communication with us throughout the process. Not only were we treated well, but our home closed within 21 days. This was beyond exciting. We have owned our home since June 10th and we will only work with Robb, Craig, Janet, and the entire Gold Financial team for our current home financial services needs, as well as, all future home purchases. I have never had the opportunity to give out a referral when asked, but now I will only refer them to Robb, Craig, GFS in Gig Harbor. Thank you Robb and GFS!

      We had a great experience with the folks at GFS. They kept us informed throughout the process of a cash-out refinance, and helped us with the minutia of all the paperwork, scanning of documents, etc. This can be quite overwhelming at times, but whenever we hit a "wall", they provided a "bulldozer" and we finally made it through. We can't think of a better group of dedicated professionals to deal with than the GFS team. We feel like part of the family now.
