      Terrible organizational skills! Lost our $250 Oakley Shocktube Ballistic Sunglasses and then tried to sell us back an older pair that we had previously pawned months prior! Did NOTHING to repair the loss and had no sorrow whatsoever. Extremely disappointed in Fernandos service.
