  I was a Golden 1 member for 19 years my husband passed unexpectedly I went to the bank spent hours. Because the bank didn't set up my account correctly bank error my che king was disabled on the 1st voiding my survivor benefit payment as well as my paycheck. This left me and my kids with no money even though I had money in the bank. I couldn't go to the branch to get my money they said they would mail it. If you want a bank that will appreciate your loyalty and treat your family with dignity if you pass this is NOT THE BANK DO NOT BANK WITH THEM THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE CUSTOMER LOYALTY. I still haven't received my money
