  I'm very disappointed. I walked in to handle a couple things. One of them required me to sit down with someone. The woman who met me informed me it was 10:11 and she had a 10:15 appointment but if they didn't show up she would help me. Since the other item, swapping shredded dog-shredded cash out, can be handled at a window. As I'm standing in line the woman proceeded to have a long conversation with another employee during which time I look at my phone and notice the time is 10:18. I don't make a big deal because sometimes people are a little late. But after their conversation is over and I'm still standing in line because one of the 2 windows that is open has been handling something since before I walked in that probably should have been handled at one of the desks because the other teller handled 5 or 6 people before I left at 10:23. The thing that got me was less about how the teller windows handle more complex things that seem to slow down the process, and more about how for a fi ancillary institution that advertises how they value their members I was not feeling valued when the first woman I talked to ended her conversation and knew I was in line but went back to her other work and ignored me even though her appointment never showed. So since I was going to need to set an appointment at one closer to my house I left because I had other things to do than spend 30+ minutes waiting for help for things I can't do over the app or online.

  HIRE MORE TELLERS. 15 people in line, 10 minutes per person is rediculous.
