I came to take care of some business for a family member who passed and was not in a good mood having to do it. Rita Leon handled my off balanced attitude with kid gloves. When the account matters were handled Rita helped me order new checks and reset my password for online banking. Thank you.

Contrary to what Google says, this branch is closed and has been for a while. I can't get Golden1 management to let me know why they are closed, or when they plan to re-open the branch. While I was there, a number of customers pulled up and were surprised the branch was closed. It appears that Golden1 failed to notify any of it's local customers of the closure (I didn't hear a thing from them about the closure). The signs in the window just say go to the Paso or SLO branch. Update: The branch is open again, but I've moved on.

Sarah a worker here is incredibly, incredibly rude. She had a terrible attitude and way of talking to a customer. I do not recommend you deal with her at all and her boss and supervisor should look into her recorded call and listen to how disrespectful and unprofessional she was.
