      This was a great, stress-free experience in refinancing. Garrett O’Connell was timely and kept me informed of what to expect next. The online documents were new to me for mortgage processing, and made it much less of a hassle. In-home signing of final documents was handled by a notary and adjusted to fit our schedule. I really can’t imagine it being any easier than it was. I fully recommend Golden Oak and Garrett to anyone in the St. Louis area looking to initiate or refinance their mortgage.
