      Needed a medallion stamp for some paperwork to deal with my father’s estate after he died. I was told I could open an account and get the stamp the same day, so I opened a savings account. I was then told to come back later that day because the person who could do the stamp wouldn’t be available until then. After I got home, I received a call telling me I’d have to wait 30 days to get the stamp. It would have been nice to know that upfront, so I didn’t waste my time.
