      Our building manager, Dan Stern, has guided us expertly through Covid. Very much appreciate the attention he paid to the building in difficult times.

      Very sketchy. Worked with Ilana Sherizen specifically. They lied to me, filed a claim against me, and have now ghosted me. Ilana refused to give me contact information for the super until the last week of my lease to arrange how to throw my trash out. I have in writing the super explicitly telling me to leave a bunch of trash bags in my unit (because there were two trash barrels for the whole building). They then charged me a $500 fee for it and will not respond to my outreach about it. Oh, and they also tried to raise my rent from $1495 to $2000 which is illegal.

      Poor management company. The building I live in that is managed by Goldin Choice has multiple apartment and building level violations. They refuse to make repairs and when they are compelled to by law, they do a poor job.
