I cannot say enough good things about Ben Herr and Good Deeds Mortgage! We had a complicated situation having been living out of the country for several years, so when we found a house we wanted and needed to get things rolling quickly (while overcoming some big hurdles), Ben went above and beyond. He was actively working and finding solutions for us, and got back to us right away with all of the updates/next steps.
