      Have ready many reviews and I highly disagree, I have had pretty great service using this notary a couple of times for vehicle purchases, I've had some issues in the past but they've tried to be accomodating and helpful. I would definitely return in the future.

      I have read some of these reviews and let me tell you that I've visited this notary for many different services. Even to pay a bill through western union and the service has been great. The lady everyone is talking about is very kind and has a lot of knowledge when it comes to notary and PennDOT services.
