      I have used this bank For 12 years now, I can honestly say they have improved a lot specially with their mobile app now make it easier to view your account and you can get paperless statement. Great customer service staff always nice and always willing to help with anything. Great Bank.

      Takes forever for someone to answer your phone calls. Also Saturdays forget it ,I've been a member for at least 14 years I've never gotten anyone to answer on a Saturday. Slow very slow drive thru service.

      My old credit union merged with LRRCU and have been a member 12 years. However, I've had nothing but problems every time I need a new debit card. 1st of all they charge you $5 since card cracked. All the other cards in my wallet I have no problem with. Now I can't get my PIN changed. The excuse I get is were have problems with the PIN system which is a 3rd party. Answer, hire a different company. Time to change credit unions. Go to members first and put LRRCU out of business.
