      It wold be nice if you would update your new hours online. I’ve drove 2 Mondays in a row now to deposit checks 30 miles away and each time you have been closed - with a pointless note on the window that only informs the customer AFTER they arrive.

      I applied for a home loan with GSSB about 3 months ago. I’ve had to call them every week to follow up and get updates on the process. If I hadn’t called them repeatedly, I’m pretty sure nothing would get done. Horrible customer service!

      This place has really gone downhill in the past year. Was once a great place to go with really friendly people. Not so much now. Only one friendly worker left in the whole place.
