      GradFin (in particular, Amelia) was amazing to work with. She was always prompt and clear with her communication and made the whole process seamless and frustration free! I have been paying on my loans for more than 16 years so when the final letter came stating that my loans were forgiven, I immediately reached out to Amelia to thank her for her help along the PSLF journey (which was rather quick in my opinion). Highly recommend!

      Poor customer service. The "consultants" have very poor knowledge of the student loan forgiveness program and who is eligible. They also try to sell other products to customers. I would not waste my time. Better companies in this realm.

      I was aware of the PSLF for several years, but found it cumbersome to navigate and gave up. When the waiver was announced in 2021, I was skeptical but felt I needed to pursue it again. I didn’t want to go it on my own. I found GradFin and had a great result. Amelia explained the process, guided me through loan consolidation and the PSLF application and kept me grounded when I felt the process wasn’t going to work for me again. In the end, I had the full amount of my remaining student loans forgiven. I have GradFin to thank for getting me to this point!
