      I’ve been banking with Grand Heritage since 2008. My account was charged without my permission and Grand Heritage charged $120 in fees for this and refused to return the fees. Those charges aren’t for anything tangible and it wasn't my fault, so there’s no good reason why the fees can’t be reversed. With the rise in fraud, this is not a place to do your banking. -Melanie

      The staff are super helpful and informative. I have been banking here for over a decade and wouldn’t recommend any other credit union over them. They have a great loan officer named Jeri who can help you receive the best rate.
