      Calling Granite for any account information is so frustrating. You either hold for at least 10 minutes or get told that they’ll call you back in 10 and almost never get a call back. It’s crazy because you can go into the branch and there isn’t a single customer there , but for some reason nobody is available to help over the phone.

      Wonderful workers and great environment! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my loans and financial needs. You won't find better workers at any other financial institution. They are knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I definitely would recommend Granite Credit Union and this branch.
