      The customer service is so incredible from Jennifer. We have numerous policies and helps me keep them all straight. Her response rate when I have questions is top notch. She usually responds with in 30 minutes.

      I have been working with Granite since the inception of my business (Boundless Adventures/2015.) I obviously shopped around early on, and Granite's prices were extremely competitive. The team at Granite continuously price checks the providers and is not afraid to suggest a change of provider if they find a better fit on the cost/service continuum. As a business owner, I am constantly juggling responsibilities. Insurance and risk management service is one area that I never have to worry about. I am able to reach Cameron, Lisa and Jennifer seven days a week. I never have to worry about getting a return call. When it comes to claims, they are always there to walk us through the process, and take on all of the heavy lifting. When it comes to new policies/applications/paperwork (which I despise), they make it as painless as possible. When it comes to explaining different policy options, they are extremely patient and helpful, as I tend to ask the same questions over and over again. They are willing to do webinars with my employees regarding incident reporting and risk management mitigation. I can go on and on. Bottom line, Granite provides the personal, friendly service of a mom and pop ice cream parlor and the product offering and professional services of a top multi-national!

      Granite Insurance has incredible customer service. They are always helpful and knowledgeable concerning our workers' compensation insurance for over 18 years. They have provided professional development and onsite investigation assistance to help us to lower our Experience Modification Rate (EMR) over the last several years.
