      Quality builder with 40 years experience. Communication with sales and final agreements have been great but take time. 6 months so far and very satisfied

      My parents went through hell with these people. Not professional. They ended up selling their home bc they were told that the house would be done in x amount of time and ended up not being done in that time frame and my parents had to live in a camper for months waiting for these people to be done. Took almost a year in a half before they could move in. I don't want anyone else to have to experience what they went through.

      Bought a house that was built by Sedgwick Homes, the craftsmanship is horrible. Had to repair and replace numerous things. The doors to each bedroom are warped and don't line up. The granite countertops are cracking. Had to fix the plumbing. And the list goes on. My advice, Run don't walk away. They use the cheapest materials and the cheapest sub contractors. Bottom line, they suck.
