Kevin and his team are great! We have now used them twice (once for a refi and once for a new mortgage). They are very responsive and do a good job of answering any questions you have in a way that is easy to understand. They also keep things moving forward to ensure your closing stays on track. Had a great experience with David at Grayton. The pre approval was a breeze, they offered the lowest rate out of everyone, and the closing process was also extremely easy and straight forward. Between them and my realtor, I was kind of shocked at how easy and painless the home buying process was. Especially for first time buyers. There was a hiccup with errors on the paperwork at signing that delayed the process a few hours, but that was due to a third party that they work with, and hopefully that was a fluke. Despite that, we received a personal apology from the owner and it did eventually get sorted. All in all, it was way smoother than I thought it would be, bumps included.
