Unorganized! Acts like a startup company. Hires incompetent partners (Inspector, Schoff Law Firm, ETC) Locks in your rate then "Conservative" Payment sheet keeps growing throughout the loan process. Our promised price went from 2,200 to 2,319 a month. Constant drama and excuses. Due to their inspector we had to spend 15k out of pocket the first week we moved into our home. Please don't go through what we did. They offered us nothing to ease the blow or assist. We have been ghosted by the whole company other than their Customer Service Guy. Look around and do not use any inspector they recommend ( especially Mitchell Duncan with stf home inspections) They also don't care about customers as they don't respond regardless of what their comment to this review says. I hope no home owner has to go through what we have .. FYI we've only been here a week.

It was a pretty smooth and awesome experience to work with CapCenter. The zero closing cost is a big plus and I am glad that I found CapCenter as my lender. I don't know if they have real estate agents to help with buying and selling. I would love to try next time!
