      I have been a member of great fall credit union since they opened and most people there are courteous but some other are rude and condescending at the auburn location it saddens me to have to post a comment like this šŸ˜­

      Terrible experience with this bank. My card is constantly being shut down for ā€œfraudulent chargesā€ which is extremely inconvenient especially if it happens after 5. Even a shopping trip to llbean will shut it down. The debit card limit is really low and should be raised. Whenever I need to pay bills I have to call the bank to have them temporarily raise my limit which again is really inconvenient. Theyā€™re hours are also inconvenient and they should take consideration that most people work until 5 or so and they should remain open for an hour passed that which seemingly ever other bank does besides this one. Last year my card was also shut off because it was compromised which wasnā€™t a huge deal until it took them over a month to send me my other new card with the pin. This bank is a joke.
