      I started banking here before it was GSB. I called to request documents. Kelly is phenomenal. She went above and beyond. The printout was at the drive through for me due to covid restrictions. Customer service is alive and well at this location.

      The faces have changed her except for Kris my favorite loan officer. She is the best and will go out of her way to help in any way she can! I will stay with GSB just because of her! Thank you for all you do Kris!

      I went there Saturday morning and arrived at 11:47. I had been mailed a new debit card, but I had not recieved my new pin number. I was informed by a male teller that I needed to go to the location at the Bettendorf Hy-Vee because " we are closing and can't do that now"! But then started questioning me about wether or not I had actually recieved the pin! Seriously why are you wasting my time now!? I arrived at the Hy-Vee location and was done in under 10 minutes! I have worked in retail for many years and I am aware that if your hours state until noon that you serve customers until noon. There were no other customers there, if there were the poor attitude would have been understandable!
