Most employees of this branch are quite rude, argumentative, and incompetent. Wendy is the only one i enjoy dealing with. I was told that they had mailed out new debit cards to their customers. I did not get one. I later came to find out that they did not change my mailing address to where I live now. They fought me on this issue and said they would mail a new card. Explain to me how I can receive my bank statements at my current address, but when I asked about my new card, I didn't change my address. I will be changing banks as soon as possible!

Worse place to bank in the world, they charged me 14 a day for my 30 over draft fee and did not tell me for 2 weeks, refused to let my credit card payment go through and ruined my score. Horrible horrible place, dont ever bank there if you have an active account!!!
