Five Stars. After receiving complaints about a lease my firm had with Great America Finance, the company quickly investigated, responded and within 24-hours, the matter was resolved. Awful Awful company! They require in writing that you want to stop payment - but a half year in advance, in a small time frame. There is no written reminder telling you it's coming time to renew. They refuse to stop taking payments out of our account even though we haven't had the copier for over a year!!! We ate another year of payments without having the copier! Awful!

Alworth Scholarship

We've been sending GAFS check payments every month for over 5 years and they recently received our payment 4 days late due to a pandemic-weary slow mail service plus illness in the our office. We were charged $26 late fee and when asked if we could show us leniency, they refused. As a customer and especially as a non-profit organization, we are disappointed in their customer care.
